Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in FANUC robots, Allen-Bradley PLC programming, and troubleshooting for welding line setup and maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with robots (FANUC preferred)

  • Expertise in Guard Logic, Factory Talk, DeviceNet, Ethernet

  • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC Ladder Logics

  • AA or BS Degree or 5+ years related experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Robot interfacing and documentation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise for programming, installation, and maintenance of equipment

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing/support equipment prioritizing safety

  • Train production and skilled trade team members

  • Ensure operator safety devices function properly

  • Perform electrical diagnosis and recommend or execute repairs

  • Support goals of achieving first-time quality and efficiency

  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues and lessons learned

  • Oversee upgrades and programming changes



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
