Summary: Seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager to handle personal injury case files from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Law School Degree

  • 2-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 100% on-site availability

Preferred Skills:

  • Defense Experience (e.g., working for auto insurance companies)

  • Plaintiff Experience (e.g., working for Personal Injury Law firms)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle personal injury case files from start to finish with minimal supervision

  • Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients

  • Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers

  • Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients' behalf when appropriate

  • Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system

  • Assist with other duties as assigned



Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
