Warehouse Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, including supervision of staff and oversight of material receipt and inventory management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Ability to maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to stand for at least 4 hours with occasional breaks

• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 lbs unassisted and 70 lbs with assistance

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with forklift operation or the ability to learn

• Minimum 1 year experience operating CNC or other manufacturing equipment

• Ability to read and understand standard work instructions

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and maintain qualified warehouse staff

• Oversee receipt of all inbound materials

• Ensure accurate receiving and inspection procedures are followed

• Communicate order discrepancies immediately to purchasing staff

• Communicate stocking levels to purchasing

• Ensure proper disposal or recycling of drums, plastics, pallets, and cardboard according to policies

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
