HSE Manager
Summary: Seeking an HSE Manager to lead and manage Occupational Health & Safety programs in a manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in HSE roles
Experience dealing with air permits, hazardous materials, and chemicals
Background in manufacturing environments
Preferred Skills:
Experience with composites (not required)
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with site management on Occupational Health & Safety priorities and requirements
Establish and enhance site Occupational Health & Safety programs
Keep management informed of progress and developments on key projects
Evaluate facility conditions, assess risks, and develop corrective-action plans
Manage all aspects of site Occupational Health & Safety projects including regulatory compliance and permitting
Lead investigations for significant incidents and interface with regulatory agencies
Develop continuous improvement plans and track performance against expectations
Provide leadership for training programs to build technical, management, and leadership skills
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
