Summary: Seeking an Office Manager/HR Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage a team, and handle HR issues for a busy law firm.

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in calendar management software and MS Office Suite

  • Experience in training development

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent phone etiquette

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with a law firm, medical clinic, or surgery center

  • Spanish reading and speaking skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations

  • Handle employee relations and HR issues

  • Oversee a team of 20+ employees

  • Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders

  • Greet visitors and assist clients as needed

  • Train and develop office staff on procedures and policies

  • Ensure efficient use of phone systems and other office equipment

  • Answer phone calls professionally

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
