Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to expand the FANUC Robot Welding Line, ensuring product quality and process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with robot systems, specifically FANUC robots

  • Proficiency in Guard Logic, Factory Talk, DeviceNet, Ethernet

  • Ability to evaluate and make recommendations on new FANUC robots

  • Proficient in setting up new programs in ALLEN-BRADLEY and PLC Ladder Logics

  • Experience with Robot Interfacing and documentation

  • AA or BS Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in programming installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment

  • Electrical diagnosis skills with the ability to recommend or perform repairs

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the installation and maintenance of new/existing equipment

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing/support equipment prioritizing safety

  • Train production and skilled trade team members on technical aspects

  • Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing regarding issues and lessons learned

  • Identify root causes of equipment failures and train others on troubleshooting techniques

  • Oversee upgrades and programming changes to manufacturing systems

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
