Department Analyst
Summary: The Department Analyst provides crucial support to Department Leaders within a Market by delivering reporting, analysis, and trending to facilitate informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Department Leaders to identify potential projects.
- Assist in assessing the probability of success for pursuits in coordination with Project Managers and other stakeholders.
- Provide resource loading data for projects with high probability.
- Generate bi-weekly reports and dashboards aligning with billing cycles.
- Furnish utilization data for Department Staff to Department Leaders on a regular basis.
- Compile and present project data for discipline projects.
- Maintain and update discipline project schedules and milestones.
- Support Market Analysts and Assistant Project Managers in various tasks.
- Analyze the impact of staffing changes and schedule adjustments on projects.
- Participate in market meetings to provide insights and updates as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Verify and update Planifi planned hours for discipline projects.
- Ensure alignment between Planifi and Resource Planning Spreadsheet (RPS).
- Collaborate on revenue projections and provide feedback to Market Analysts.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 PER YEAR
