Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, a PE License or AIA Registration, and 15+ years in Engineering Consulting for INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING/PROCESS projects to manage Engineers and Engineering projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- PE License or AIA Registration.
- 15+ years in Engineering Consulting for INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING/PROCESS projects.
- Experience managing Engineers and Engineering projects.
- Strong experience performing as a technical contributor leading teams and managing people.
- Strong high-level, project leadership experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skill, with the ability to lead, develop and deliver highly persuasive presentations that build client confidence and result in securing favorable design contracts.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in food & beverage, battery manufacturing, energy storage, automotive, metals industries.
- Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Power BI software tools.
- PMP Certification.
- Strong Mechanical Process experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and direct project teams on industrial/manufacturing/process projects.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed within time and budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships, including securing new business and repeat business from existing clients.
- Collaborate with other departments and technical staff to ensure that the projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that project goals are met and that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the clients.
- Provide technical oversight and leadership to project teams.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and develop junior staff.
