Support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC products in an engineering lab environment using mechanical, electrical, and computer-based systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems (both low and high voltage)

  • Experience assembling and servicing HVAC products

  • Experience with instrumentation setup (thermocouples, transducers, flow meters, etc.)

Preferred Skills:

  • CAD experience

  • Experience reviewing and redlining engineering drawings

  • Experience in refrigeration, fuel, control, and electrical systems repair

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test HVAC products in an engineering lab

  • Apply instrumentation to measure product performance

  • Identify and implement corrective actions to address safety issues

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems

  • Install and evaluate new product designs and provide feedback to engineering

  • Assist with the design and fabrication of test fixtures

  • Collaborate on engineering projects, process improvements, and lab initiatives

  • Drive continuous improvement within lab processes

  • Lead department projects or initiatives when opportunities arise



Pay Details: $30.00 to $39.00 per hour
