Setup and operate CNC machinery to produce complex spinal and orthopedic instruments in a dynamic job shop environment.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CNC setup and advanced operation of CNC turning equipment
  • Experience with Haas and DMG Mori lathes preferred
  • Knowledge of CNC equipment and tooling
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, and vision machines
  • Knowledge and understanding of G&M coding

Job Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate CNC turning equipment to manufacture precision parts
  • Tear down, setup, and run new product as part of a flexible production environment
  • Maintain and inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate components


Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
