Summary:
Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and helpdesk assistance for Windows 10 PCs and peripherals in a networked environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent education/experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience providing customer support for Windows 10 and MS Outlook in a networked environment.
  • 3 years of experience supporting MS Office products and using a commercial trouble ticketing system (such as Remedy).
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware, software, break/fix issues, and networked environments.
  • Networking background with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network file shares and printer connections.
  • Certifications preferred: A+, Security+, Net+, Microsoft, and Dell (certain certifications required within a set timeframe).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of user account setup and management.
  • Experience with peripheral installation and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide desk-side Windows 10 workstation support in a networked office environment.
  • Support and troubleshoot MS Office and Outlook configuration issues.
  • Perform software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Set up new users, configure network file shares, and troubleshoot printer connections.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer peripherals.
  • Manage user moves, adds, and changes.
  • Review and manage trouble ticket queues, document diagnostic activities, and escalate problems as needed.
  • Resolve and close assigned trouble tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.


Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour
