Production Control Asst
Summary:
Seeking a Production Control Assistant to support the manufacturing floor with production control tasks, inventory management, and material movement using SAP and Apriso WM.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in stockroom, warehouse, or production control.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures.
- Experience with cycle counting.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Experience using SAP and/or Apriso WM.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use SAP and Apriso WM to put parts into stock, complete remove-and-replace tasks on rework, and release production orders.
- Monitor release dates and work-in-progress (WIP) positioning using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisors, Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Program Managers to prevent and resolve production issues.
- Attend stock purge meetings and generate reports as needed.
- Maintain Kanban inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts.
- Prepare assembly kits for manufacturing, ensuring quality and schedule standards are met.
- Verify SAP system against physical inventory, identify discrepancies, and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform daily cycle counts and ensure proper packaging and labeling of parts.
- Pull and issue materials from stock, manage requisitions, and fill orders.
- Move materials within the stockroom and across the shop floor as required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
