Summary:
Seeking an experienced Civil Designer to develop grading, drainage, and site development plans, create permit drawings, and produce construction documents with minimal guidance.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in grading, drainage, cut and fill balancing, and site development
  • Proficiency in creating site cross sections and drainage schemes
  • Experience in developing Civil 3D models and drawings
  • Ability to produce civil plans, sections, and details independently
  • Knowledge of concrete and steel design is a plus
  • Surveying experience is a plus but not required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare site, grading, drainage, and civil design documents
  • Create permit drawings for submission to governmental agencies
  • Develop plans, sections, and details from engineering sketches to completion of construction documents
  • Collaborate with engineering staff on civil, drainage, and site design
  • Coordinate construction drawings with other disciplines for compliance and accuracy


Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
