Summary:
Manage credit and collections processes, ensuring efficient accounts receivable operations in a remote role supporting CST and EST time zones.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections (10+ years preferred)

  • Experience with SAP

  • Located in CST or EST time zones

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with High Radius Credit & Collections platform

  • Strong background in credit analysis and debt recovery processes

  • Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices and financial reporting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage credit and collections processes to maintain healthy accounts receivable

  • Analyze customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits

  • Monitor overdue accounts and implement effective collection strategies

  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions

  • Utilize SAP for invoicing, payment tracking, and reporting

  • Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve credit policies and collection efficiency

Pay:22-28

Pay Details: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour
