HR Admin Operator 3
Summary:
Perform day-to-day HR administration, manage personnel files, support payroll activities, and assist in recruiting and training programs.
Requirements:
3-year vocational training in HR or related field
3 to 5 years of practical and specialized experience in HR administration
Knowledge of HR principles and processes based on vocational training and experience
Experience handling non-routine HR inquiries and issues
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing personnel files and HR records
Background in payroll support and time account management
Familiarity with recruiting processes and candidate communication
Experience administrating training programs and maintaining training content
Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily administration and communication of HR-related tasks
Manage workforce personnel files and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies
Advise employees on basic HR administration tasks and inquiries
Support payroll activities, manage time accounts, and generate routine reports
Assist in recruiting efforts, including communication with candidates and administrative support
Administer training programs, including maintaining content and managing application lists
Provide administrative support to HR Consultants in various HR functions
Address and resolve non-routine HR issues with a degree of authority and accountability
Pay: 20-26

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
