Engineering Project Team Lead

Summary:
Manage project schedules, develop processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support system integration tasks for customer requests in high-tech vertical growth markets.

Requirements:

• Experience in project schedule management for high-tech manufacturing

• Background in process development and implementation

• Knowledge of engineering design, specifications, and system integration

• Experience leading engineering teams, including engineers, designers, and lab technicians

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Design To Order (DTO) processes

• Familiarity with special parts, processes, and design availability for custom projects

• Knowledge of chiller design and manufacturing

• Strong background in technical documentation creation and updates

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules for customer requests in high-tech vertical growth markets

• Collaborate with the DTO team to create and refine the Air Cooled DTO process

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of special parts, processes, and designs for unique projects

• Work closely with DTO and customer service teams to meet customer needs

• Complete system integration tasks, including engineering design, specifications, layout creation, and design reviews

• Provide leadership to engineering teams, ensuring efficient project execution

• Track and manage upcoming DTO jobs to ensure timely completion

• Coordinate build dates with the customer service team to align with customer expectations

• Update and create technical documents to accompany chillers at shipment

• Assist in the design of chillers as needed

Pay: 40-48

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
