Manufacturing Engineer
Summary:
Support business strategies by implementing engineered systems, developing lean enterprise practices, and optimizing manufacturing processes for new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD)
Proficiency in DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly), FMEA, 3P (Production, Preparation Process), 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma Methodology
Ability to lead issue containment, investigations, problem-solving, statistical studies, and corrective action planning
Hands-on aptitude for mechanical and electrical applications related to equipment and processes
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HVAC systems or heavy industrial manufacturing
Integrated manufacturing experience in machining, fabrication, welding, electrical systems, or assembly processes
Strong background in cause/effect analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introductions and product enhancement programs
Serve as a voice of the customer in new design development to ensure manufacturability and quality
Create and maintain work instructions, job breakdowns, and standardized work procedures
Provide technical leadership for resolving manufacturing process and product design issues
Conduct cause/effect analyses, investigations, and corrective action planning
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality
Pay: 35-46

Pay Details: $35.00 to $46.00 per hour
