Summary:
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new product introductions and enhancements while applying advanced engineering methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, and operational performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD)

  • Proficiency in DFM/DFA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly), FMEA, 3P (Production, Preparation Process), 7-Ways, and Lean Six Sigma Methodology

  • Strong background in cause/effect analysis, investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical applications related to manufacturing processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in machining, fabrication, welding, electrical systems, or assembly processes

  • HVAC or heavy industrial manufacturing experience

  • Ability to create standardized work instructions and job breakdowns to ensure process quality

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and define manufacturing processes for new product introductions and enhancements

  • Apply DFM/DFA, FMEA, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes

  • Lead issue containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation

  • Serve as a technical resource for process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop and maintain work instructions and process documentation to ensure manufacturing quality

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain manufacturing operations and drive efficiency improvements

Pay: 30-38

Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
