Summary:
Provide tier II technical support for internal users, manage IT assets, support endpoint devices, and ensure adherence to company IT policies and standards through ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related IT technical field (preferred, not required)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform
  • Experience supporting shop floor systems and hardware
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Completion of Lean 101 & Lean 102 or equivalent training within 1 year of starting the position

Preferred Skills:

  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Experience working with third-party vendors
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, third-party applications, iOS, and Adobe software

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical endpoint support for computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners, and peripherals
  • Monitor and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
  • Perform PC refreshes, printer/access point refreshes, and hardware/software deployments
  • Track and manage IT asset lifecycle, including hardware replacement and refreshes
  • Partner with teams to support IT-related projects and deployments
  • Manage incident resolution and fulfill hardware/software requests
  • Provide employee training on IT hardware and processes
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, MDI, and lean IT practices
  • Ensure secure and reliable endpoint devices and IT solutions
  • Support business needs by providing secure IT solutions for projects and M&A activities
  • Provide support during normal business hours with occasional after-hours assistance as needed


Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
