Quality Systems Specialist

Coordinates campus Change Management/Implementation and Document Control activities in accordance with global and local procedures, maintains administrative access to Customer Portals, supports Campus Quality Systems, and manages Customer Quality Concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Change Management and Change Implementation activities following global and local procedures.

  • Oversee Supply-Base Change Management activities through the eSCR process.

  • Manage Document Control activities, including DCP and EDC.

  • Support Quality Systems and Customer Portals as assigned.

  • Address Customer Quality Concerns using the 8D process.

  • Drive and champion quality systems improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum six years of related technical experience.

  • Associates degree preferred.

  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Change Management, and Document Control.

  • Working knowledge of structured problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, A3).

  • Knowledge of ISO9001 required; IATF16949:2016 preferred.

  • Experience with Teamcenter PLM software preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; SAP, Teamcenter, FileMaker Pro, and PowerBI preferred.

  • Prior leadership experience a plus.

  • Experience with Customer Service and Supplier Quality a plus.

Pay: 90k-100k

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
