Oversees the execution of civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects remain on budget, on schedule, and compliant with all applicable standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a commercial construction environment, with civil construction preferred.
  • Experience managing federal construction projects, particularly USACE projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HCSS, Heavy Job, Viewpoint, and P6 scheduling software.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement.
  • Understanding of project cost codes and budget preparation.
  • Experience in processing invoices, purchase orders, and subcontractor change orders.
  • Ability to analyze project data and provide monthly project status reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in meetings during the bidding process.
  • Finalize project documents and contracts.
  • Conduct project meetings, including kickoff, progress, and reviews.
  • Establish cost codes and prepare HCSS budget for integration into project management systems.
  • Develop and maintain project baseline schedules with resource and revenue loading.
  • Manage payment application procedures with clients.
  • Process invoices from subcontractors and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and follow contract notification procedures for changes.
  • Update purchase orders and issue subcontractor change orders as needed.
  • Provide timely monthly project status reports using Heavy Job and share results with the superintendent and area manager.
  • Coordinate labor, equipment, and large material orders for project success.
  • Participate in hiring, promotion, discipline, and staff evaluations.


Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per hour
