Project Estimator

Responsible for developing and reviewing project estimates across various stages, ensuring quality assurance, alignment with estimating standards, and collaboration with third-party estimators.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project estimation

• Knowledge of AACE estimate classifications (Class 4 & 5) for initial project stages

• Ability to provide quality assurance for Class 3 estimates developed by third parties

• Experience using estimating tools and guides for contingency assessment and monthly spend plan development

• Familiarity with CBS coding and ensuring alignment with estimate iterations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading estimate development and review meetings

• Ability to conduct field walks and incorporate findings into estimates

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop project estimates for initial stages (Class 4 & 5)

• Review and ensure quality assurance of third-party Class 3 estimates

• Utilize estimating tools to assess estimate quality and contingency

• Develop and maintain monthly spend plans

• Ensure CBS coding aligns with each estimate iteration

• Lead estimate development and review meetings

• Participate in field walks for project assessment

Pay: 49-66

Pay Details: $49.00 to $66.00 per hour
