Responsible for overseeing contractor schedule submittals, monitoring critical path activities, updating project schedules, and providing variance analysis and forecasting.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Extensive experience in construction scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of schedule analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting
  • Ability to assess logic structures, interfaces, and critical path activities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in forensic schedule and claims analysis
  • Background in transportation industry projects
  • Ability to provide recovery suggestions and mitigation strategies
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with scheduling and commercial management teams

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and analyze contractor schedule submittals for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor critical path activities, logic structures, and interfaces within project schedules
  • Update project schedules monthly and provide variance analysis and forecasting reports
  • Identify schedule slippage and potential risks, working with management to determine mitigation actions
  • Provide reporting and schedule insights to the Program Scheduling Manager and Project Commercial Manager
  • Ensure schedule alignment with project goals and contractual requirements


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
