Maintenability Engineer
Summary:
Develop and implement strategies to improve maintainability in the concept development phase, leveraging data analysis to enhance cost efficiency and failure mode diagnostics in truck and automotive aftermarket technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 1-3+ years of experience
- Experience in truck or automotive industry
Preferred Skills:
- Strong background in failure mode analysis
- Knowledge of data analysis for maintainability and cost evaluation
- Experience in technology concept development
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analysis to identify key maintainability areas and enhance aftermarket technology participation
- Co-develop technology concepts and improve data collection for maintenance cost and ownership cost analysis
- Lead early failure mode analysis to define repair and diagnostics strategy
- Analyze product and project information for early evaluation of maintainability solutions
- Visualize maintenance costs to validate feature roadmap objectives
- Represent maintainability engineering in technology sub-streams
- Develop and share maintainability knowledge within the organization
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
