Summary:
Lead technical enhancements and product development initiatives using a stage-gate process, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of new vehicle technologies in the truck and automotive industry.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in engineering project management
  • OEM experience within commercial vehicles or heavy industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Experience in structured problem solving (8D)
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN methodologies
  • Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cross-functional and Agile release train collaboration
  • Strong background in defining and securing project deliverables within global development processes
  • Understanding of vehicle attributes, cost management, and time planning

Job Responsibilities:

  • Secure project and maintenance deliveries in alignment with QDCF targets
  • Define deliverables for respective groups and coordinate annual budget estimates and resource allocation
  • Establish clear requirements and deliverables for each department based on the global development process (GDP)
  • Lead program increment activities following Agile methodology with a cadence-based approach
  • Identify dependencies and promote collaboration across cross-functional and Agile release train


Pay Details: $32.00 to $43.00 per hour
