Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced FMLA Administrator to manage all aspects of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) process, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate leave records.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and oversee the FMLA process, including leave requests, eligibility determinations, and certification requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state FMLA regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date FMLA leave records, including medical certifications and employee notifications.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management regarding FMLA leave and related policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and supervisory teams to ensure consistent application of FMLA policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and update timekeeping systems to ensure accurate tracking of FMLA leave.
  • Conduct periodic audits of FMLA records and processes to maintain compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on changes in FMLA regulations and provide updates and training as necessary.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee medical information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMLA administration.
  • Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and related employment laws.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in an HR or benefits administration role.
  • Familiarity with leave management systems and timekeeping software.
  • Ability to conduct training sessions on FMLA policies and procedures.


Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
