Responsible for overseeing quality programs, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while serving as the quality representative at a 3PL site.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in quality
  • Experience with CAPA, Root Cause Analysis tools, and auditing
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite full-time role

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in regulatory compliance and process analysis
  • Familiarity with quality assurance programs and agency guidelines
  • Knowledge of audit and inspection preparation and resolution

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain quality programs, systems, and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Provide expertise in interpreting policies and regulatory guidelines to assure compliance
  • Conduct process analysis oversight and enforce quality requirements
  • Lead audit and inspection preparation, address findings, and liaise with auditors and inspectors
  • Coordinate legal requests related to government investigations and litigation
  • Maintain and modify quality assurance programs and policies as needed
  • Facilitate uniform quality standards and share best practices globally


Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
