Responsible for front-end application development using C# and supporting the full development and testing of implantable and non-implantable medical devices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering
  • 3-5 years of experience in front-end application (UI) development using C#
  • Experience developing software in C/C++ and C# with object-oriented and functional programming
  • Strong knowledge of computer science principles, including embedded systems, operating systems, and compilation
  • Experience with LabVIEW is a plus
  • Familiarity with software failure mode analysis and risk mitigation
  • Understanding of Agile Scrum development processes

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the medical device industry
  • Familiarity with statistics and statistical tools
  • Ability to collaborate across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Quality teams
  • Proficiency in software documentation and architecture updates
  • Knowledge of software verification protocols and defect triaging

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop system requirements in collaboration with a cross-functional team
  • Triage defects, develop software unit tests, and review software verification protocols
  • Analyze software failure modes and develop mitigation strategies
  • Update software documentation and contribute to system architecture
  • Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with quality management system procedures
  • Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
  • Perform additional project tasks as assigned


Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
