Manufacturing Engineer (IPC Train and Develop)
Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to shop floor personnel on manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
Experience in manufacturing engineering, training, or a related field with a focus on training and development
Knowledge of industry standards such as J-STD, IPC-610, and IPC-620
Experience with soldering, ESD handling, crimping, and cable assembly
Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs and developing effective programs
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating and maintaining training materials such as manuals, guides, and visual aids
Familiarity with developing training programs for various learning styles and production workflows
Ability to collaborate with production supervisors, quality engineers, and stakeholders to address skill gaps
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs on manufacturing and assembly processes
Train personnel to meet compliance requirements for J-STD, IPC-610, and IPC-620 standards
Conduct training in both formal classroom settings and on-the-job environments
Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and develop targeted programs
Stay current with industry developments and incorporate them into training materials
Ensure shop floor personnel have the necessary skills to maintain production efficiency and quality
Pay: 45-50

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
