Responsible for performing design verification, test method development, and reliability analysis to support product performance and compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in Engineering
  • 2–4 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field
  • Experience with test method development and validation
  • Knowledge of DFMEA and risk management processes
  • Proficiency in statistical methodologies for test method validation

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in design verification activities, including sample size rationale and product acquisitions
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to determine necessary actions or justify rationale for no further actions
  • Familiarity with product hazard analysis and risk management reports

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform design verification activities, including test method development and validation
  • Conduct reliability assessments to resolve product-related issues, including manufacturing defects and field complaints
  • Apply statistical methodologies to validate test methods and ensure audit compliance
  • Update risk management files, including risk assessments, DFMEA, and product hazard analysis
  • Support product testing and analysis to maintain compliance with industry standards


Pay Details: $40.00 to $49.00 per hour
