Manages tier II escalations, provides technical expertise on benefit plan policies, and supports HR teams with benefit processes, tools, and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve tier II escalations received through Service Now, emails, and phone calls within Service Partnership Agreements (SPA)
  • Act as a technical resource and subject matter expert on benefit plan policy interpretations, procedures, and processes
  • Provide coaching support to employees, HR, and managers regarding benefit plans, processes, tools, and systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS and vendor system issues related to benefits and FMLA administration
  • Partner with other HR groups to promote team alignment and support new services and change management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Health and Welfare and FMLA Administration experience
  • Experience with HR systems required; PeopleSoft and Service Now preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required

Preferred Skills:

  • Project management experience
  • Lean Six Sigma skills
  • SHRM Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification


Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
