Seeking an experienced engineer to lead Phase 2 and Phase 3 test development, protocol generation, and component testing, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and validation requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Phase 2 and Phase 3 testing and test development.
  • Generate and execute characterization and design verification protocols.
  • Develop and validate test methods to generate reliable testing data.
  • Design and validate fixtures for testing processes.
  • Analyze technical specifications and requirements to guide design and testing activities.
  • Perform design modifications and ensure alignment with specifications and requirements.
  • Conduct testing and qualification of new components.
  • Review existing testing processes and determine the need for additional testing.
  • Generate testing data to support the overall testing strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in test development and engineering roles.
  • Expertise in test method development and validation.
  • Experience with fixture design and development for testing.
  • Strong background in analyzing and interpreting technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with design verification and characterization testing.
  • Proven ability to support and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Knowledge of testing requirements for new component qualification.


Pay Details: $55.00 to $70.00 per hour
