Sys Integratn/Test Eng

Perform Integration and Test (I&T) assignments for missile flight systems, ensuring compliance with functional, physical, and performance objectives while managing security and interface requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify that integrated hardware and software modules meet physical, functional, and performance objectives.
• Ensure system interfaces comply with associated interface control documents (ICDs).
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and anomaly characterizations.
• Conduct root cause analyses and provide resolutions for identified issues.
• Address security requirements for classified hardware, software, and loading protocols.
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and production personnel.
• Record and catalog test data appropriately.
• Generate thorough test reports for use in functional configuration audits and verification and validation events.

Job Requirements

• Previous missile flight test or flying test bed field experience.
• Active SECRET clearance.
• Ability to perform anomaly characterizations and root cause analyses.
• Familiarity with security requirements for classified hardware and software.
• Experience with interface control document compliance verification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of subsystem hardware/software capabilities, including sensors and emitters.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues and coordinating with integration teams.
• Ability to manage test equipment, including functionality, calibration, and security requirements.
• Proven track record of effective customer presentations, including performance results, schedule updates, and corrective actions.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
