Oversee and manage the contractor quality control program to ensure all construction activities meet project specifications, plans, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of construction supervision experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Current safety credentials, including OSHA-30 and EM 385-1-1.
  • MEP testing and commissioning experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Procore software (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control Program.

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of three-phase quality control procedures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all CSI Divisions of work.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the contractor quality control (QC) program.
  • Schedule, review, certify, and manage project submittals.
  • Ensure construction activities conform to plans, specifications, and product data.
  • Perform three phases of control for each definable feature of construction.
  • Conduct punch-out inspections and ensure completion of required corrections.
  • Maintain photo documentation and daily reporting.
  • Issue and track notifications of non-compliance.
  • Coordinate activities with the testing lab.
  • Work full-time on-site to manage quality control and project compliance.
  • Identify and resolve problems by collecting data and drawing valid conclusions.


Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
