Job Posting Summary
Support the Northeast Regional IT Team in executing the Dell PC End-of-Lease refresh project, managing data in ServiceNow, addressing stockroom needs, and providing technical support to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent education/experience (preferred).
  • Entry-level to 2 years of experience providing technical support in a networked environment.
  • Experience performing hardware, software, break/fix, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Windows XP, MS Outlook, and MS Office products.
  • Experience using a commercial trouble ticketing system such as Remedy.
  • Certifications such as A+, Security+, Net+, Microsoft, or Dell are desirable (specific certifications may be required within the role).

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with asset management platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of stockroom and inventory management processes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of Dell PC End-of-Lease refresh project tasks.
  • Manage and update data within the ServiceNow asset management platform.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address stockroom inventory and operational needs.
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and troubleshooting in a networked environment.
  • Track and document actions in a trouble ticketing system to ensure resolution accuracy.
  • Support and maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
