Experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager sought to oversee compliance, risk management, and sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of EHS management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
  • Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CEM are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in EHS management software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Knowledge of emergency response planning and disaster recovery protocols.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
  • Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments with preventive strategies.
  • Deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Oversee waste management, pollution control, and sustainability programs.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to address risks.
  • Maintain records and prepare regulatory compliance reports.
  • Communicate EHS updates and initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Oversee budget allocation for EHS training, equipment, and projects.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance EHS programs for effectiveness.


Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
