Mission OFP & C++ Release Train Engineer
Serves as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART), coordinating and facilitating cross-team activities to ensure successful development and delivery of complex systems.
Job Requirements:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Experience in at least one Agile leadership role (Product Management, Product Owner, RTE) on a large Agile development effort
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Agile processes and leadership
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Requirements Management, and the Software Development Lifecycle
Preferred Skills:
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying embedded systems
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the flow of value across the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Facilitate cross-team meetings, including Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Syncs, and System Demos
- Track the execution of features and assist teams with managing risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Drive process improvements through retrospectives and implement identified solutions
- Provide continuity across engineering development plans, metrics, and deliveries across multiple product teams
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations with stakeholders and leadership teams
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution by facilitating communication at all organizational levels
- Advance Agile principles and best practices in conjunction with technical best practices advocated by the JASSM Solution Team
- Facilitate key Agile events such as PI Planning, Product Syncs, and System Reviews to ensure smooth delivery across teams
Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
