Conducts customer surveys and market research to provide insights on the truck and automotive industries, supporting product planning and business strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • BS Degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Market Research, or similar)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in market research, preferably in the truck or automotive industry
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis within the trucking sector

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing customer surveys and working with market research suppliers
  • Familiarity with truck technologies and business strategies
  • Knowledge of North American and global truck markets

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer surveys and market research activities focused on the North American truck market
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate with external market research suppliers to execute surveys and collect data
  • Conduct surveys with truck drivers and fleet owners, gathering feedback on truck products, technologies, and strategies
  • Analyze industry trends, evolving technologies, and the competitive landscape to support product planning
  • Contribute market insights to support truck markets outside of North America


Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
