Market Analyst
Conducts customer surveys and market research to provide insights on the truck and automotive industries, supporting product planning and business strategies.
Job Requirements:
- BS Degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Market Research, or similar)
- 3-5+ years of experience in market research, preferably in the truck or automotive industry
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis within the trucking sector
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing customer surveys and working with market research suppliers
- Familiarity with truck technologies and business strategies
- Knowledge of North American and global truck markets
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead customer surveys and market research activities focused on the North American truck market
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define research objectives and ensure alignment with business goals
- Coordinate with external market research suppliers to execute surveys and collect data
- Conduct surveys with truck drivers and fleet owners, gathering feedback on truck products, technologies, and strategies
- Analyze industry trends, evolving technologies, and the competitive landscape to support product planning
- Contribute market insights to support truck markets outside of North America
Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
