Responsible for leading post-market development projects for Class 3 medical devices, ensuring compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of project deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with tools such as MS Project.
  • Experience in Medical Device or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Class 3 medical devices and quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop solutions with subject matter experts.
  • Understanding of therapy software and mobile platforms supporting implanted medical devices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing technical or product-related projects in a medical device setting.
  • Knowledge of post-market development processes.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and financial target management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more projects in the post-market development space for neuromodulation and pelvic health devices.
  • Manage core teams to address day-to-day project issues and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables, compliance, KPIs, and financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure quality and regulatory compliance throughout all phases of project execution.


Pay Details: $54.00 to $72.00 per hour
