Responsible for supporting and improving PCBA manufacturing processes, sustaining production operations, and overseeing new equipment installations and product launches.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Background in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.
  • Experience with sustaining engineering processes in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Oracle R12 or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of new product introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Strong understanding of equipment commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new PCBA manufacturing equipment.
  • Lead sustaining engineering efforts to ensure ongoing process optimization and production efficiency.
  • Support new product launches by developing and implementing manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in PCBA manufacturing processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and support production goals.


Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
