Responsible for operating data entry devices to accurately verify and input data into designated systems.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience in data entry or similar roles.
  • Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test (may be required).
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data entry processes and documentation practices.
  • Experience in handling large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter data from source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills into designated systems using keyboards or scanners.
  • Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before final entry.
  • Identify and correct errors in data or report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Compare entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy and make corrections as needed.
  • Maintain logs of daily tasks, activities, and completed work for record-keeping purposes.


Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
