Graphic/Label Designer
Responsible for developing and maintaining Instruction For Use (IFU) documents and labeling artwork for medical devices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality control processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with document control systems such as Windchill or SAP
Knowledge of regulatory standards including FDA, EU MDR, ISO standards, Japan, and Canada
Familiarity with prepress activities, proofreading, and inspection tools such as barcode scanners and rulers
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe LiveCycle, Bartender, or EnLabel
Prior experience working with labeling artwork in regulated industries
Exposure to CAPA and NCR processes, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Understanding of layout design, product illustrations, and graphic standards
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain IFU documents, including illustrations and layout design, using existing templates
Create and revise labeling artwork and content using tools such as Bartender, Adobe LiveCycle, and EnLabel
Utilize PLM systems like Windchill to manage document control processes and route work for approval
Prepare labeling packages for first article and final approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Perform prepress activities to ensure artwork files are accurate and ready for output
Proofread and inspect labeling for accuracy, using measurement tools and documentation to ensure quality
Manage revision control and storage of all labeling to maintain proper documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, regulatory, and marketing, to complete labeling assignments
Investigate, analyze, and address non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions (CAPAs) to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
Pay: 30-40

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
