Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training of industrial machinery, ensuring proper operation and function.


Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic flow charts

  • Proficiency in using voltmeters for voltage and current readings

  • Experience in troubleshooting and replacing defective machine components

  • Strong understanding of safety standards and procedures in machinery operation


Job Responsibilities:

Installation of Machines:

  • Verify machine voltage compatibility

  • Align and level machines during installation

  • Install machine accessories and test for proper function

  • Perform test operations with materials to ensure proper bends and dimensions

Training on Machines:

  • Provide part programming training to customers

  • Train customers on machine functions, controls, and limitations

  • Explain the location and operation of machine safety switches

  • Train junior personnel on equipment functions

Servicing of Machines:

  • Identify and troubleshoot machine issues

  • Diagnose problems using electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic knowledge

  • Replace defective electrical and hydraulic components

Pay: 28-40
