Manufacturing Technician
Seeking an Assembly Technician to perform ruggedized processes including bonding, lamination, underfill, masking/demasking, and other electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations in support of coating room-type work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform conformal coating on circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
- Execute masking and demasking of parylene-coated CCAs.
- Conduct mechanical assembly operations on various components.
- Perform soldering on CCAs according to specifications.
- Support assembly tasks for avionics manufacturing programs.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with CCA conformal coating processes.
- Proficiency in masking/demasking techniques for parylene-coated CCAs.
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Soldering experience on CCAs.
- Prior experience in avionics manufacturing.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ruggedized processes such as bonding, lamination, and underfill applications.
- Ability to work within established practices and procedures in a production environment.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
