Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize production processes, equipment layouts, and operational procedures to ensure efficient manufacturing and compliance with quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, and material handling.
  • Develop and improve the arrangement of machines within the plant to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Create sequences of operations and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication to enhance product performance.
  • Adapt machine and equipment designs to factory and production conditions.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into production plans to ensure quality control.
  • Inspect machinery, equipment, and tools to verify performance and address deficiencies.
  • Investigate and implement corrective actions to resolve equipment or process issues.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that apply statistical process control techniques.
  • Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and specifications to optimize equipment and techniques.
  • Ensure processes and procedures comply with all relevant regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline OR equivalent combined education and experience, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Experience with fabrication operations, including CNC machining, assembly, painting, plating, welding, production control, and quality inspection.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and manufacturing efficiency techniques.
  • Knowledge of inspection and quality assurance processes.


Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
