Summary: IT Service Operations Senior Support Partner provides tier III technical support for IT infrastructure, ensures secure and reliable endpoint devices, and supports IT-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related IT technical field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience supporting shop floor systems and hardware.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Completion of Lean 101 & Lean 102 or equivalent training within 1 year of starting the position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computers, tablets, mobile devices, printers, handheld scanners, and peripherals.
  • Maintain hardware lifecycle and asset management activities.
  • Manage minor and major incidents using ITIL best practices and the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support hardware and software request fulfillment.
  • Partner on IT projects, M&A activities, and deployment of emerging technologies.
  • Conduct employee training on IT hardware and processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using lean thinking and MDI methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and policies for client endpoint devices.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in Lean activities and enterprise root cause analysis.
  • Coach and train IT Service Operations Specialists.


Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
