IT Service Operations Support
Responsible for providing technical support through ServiceNow, managing hardware and software assets, and resolving internal user issues in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Support internal users through ServiceNow for IT issues and requests
- Monitor and work through tickets for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices
- Perform PC refreshes and printer/access point replacements
- Manage hardware lifecycle, including tracking asset management, refreshing hardware, and replacing equipment
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office, third-party applications, iOS, Adobe, and peripherals
- Provide meeting services support, including setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment
- Work with third-party vendors for hardware and software solutions
- Assist with shop floor system support in a manufacturing environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of hardware and software asset management processes
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Experience supporting shop floor systems and hardware in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Lean 101 and Lean 102 training
- Knowledge of network and access point troubleshooting
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
