Manufacturing Engineer
Job Summary:
Responsible for validation, testing, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring compatibility with quality standards, production efficiencies, and technology specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with validation processes including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
- Proficiency in test method validation.
- Strong background in problem-solving and process improvements.
- Experience recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications.
- Ability to integrate equipment and material capabilities with target specifications.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven process optimization.
- Experience in innovation and development of manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods, determining costs and schedules.
- Interact with product design and development teams to ensure processes and designs are compatible.
- Conduct or recommend statistical analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
- Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new manufacturing processes to operations.
- Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and yields.
Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
