Job Summary:
Responsible for validation, testing, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring compatibility with quality standards, production efficiencies, and technology specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with validation processes including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
  • Proficiency in test method validation.
  • Strong background in problem-solving and process improvements.
  • Experience recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications.
  • Ability to integrate equipment and material capabilities with target specifications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven process optimization.
  • Experience in innovation and development of manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods, determining costs and schedules.
  • Interact with product design and development teams to ensure processes and designs are compatible.
  • Conduct or recommend statistical analysis to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new manufacturing processes to operations.
  • Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and yields.


Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
