Designs and develops new or existing products, components, or assemblies, with a focus on automotive, AG, or DOD vehicles and electric vehicles (EVs).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with automotive, AG, or DOD vehicles.
  • Extensive experience with CATIA V5.
  • Experience working with electric vehicles (EVs).
  • Previous Volvo experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with mock-up, pilot, and test assemblies.
  • Experience coordinating product and process changes across production sites.
  • Proficiency in mathematical modeling for design feasibility analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support local production sites and serve as a liaison between production and product development.
  • Coordinate product change implementations on-site.
  • Apply engineering principles to develop cost-efficient and functional products.
  • Conduct design, test, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototypes.
  • Design product-specific manufacturing processes and equipment.

Additional Details:

  • This role requires a specialist in product engineering, typically obtained through 8+ years of relevant experience.


Pay Details: $33.00 to $44.00 per hour
