Expected to ensure a continuous flow of parts supply to North American plants while minimizing costs. This role involves evaluating supplier weaknesses, implementing improvements, and driving operational excellence in supplier development.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree required; major in engineering, business management, or supply chain management preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain (quality and development) and/or production.
  • Preferably experience in automotive or heavy commercial truck industry, focusing on supplier quality, capacity, manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or crisis management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with suppliers and supply chains to assess and enhance performance.
  • Accurately evaluate supplier weaknesses and implement targeted solutions.
  • Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to prevent operational crises.
  • Develop and implement supplier problem-solving techniques to address fault issues.
  • Improve supplier production systems and processes to maintain operational stability.
  • Drive supplier operational excellence initiatives.
  • Establish and prioritize objectives to achieve operational and development goals.


Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
